Other Industries

If you have been unable to find the industry you are looking for elsewhere on our site, don't assume that there isn't a product or service that is applicable to it.  Although our products are often used as part of a core process in major industrial sectors, they are also widely found in peripheral applications elsewhere.

For example, Dry Ice Blast Cleaning is increasingly replacing the use of shot blasting, sand blasting and high pressure water cleaning systems.  We have yet to find the limits of this application which is cleaner, quicker and generally more effective than the other forms of industrial cleaning mentioned above.

Schools and universities regularly utilise Carbon Dioxide in the form of Dry Ice in demonstrations and experiments.  It provides a very visual example of the different states in which a gas can exist.

The leisure and entertainment industry also makes use of the visual effect created when Dry Ice 'sublimes' to form a dense fog or smoke effect.  The Hotel industry is among our customers for Nutriox^®  which can prevent the potential problems of foul odour from private waste pumping facilities.
