Obtaining the correct pH level is crucial for efficient wastewater treatment. 

We can offer two alternative products to adjust a naturally acidic effluent stream, caustic soda and kalic. 

Kalic is a suspension of Calcium Hydroxide in water and is classified as non-toxic.  It is alkaline material of pH 12.4.  It's fine particle size, flow characteristics and very slow settling rate enable it to be handled essentially as a liquid, avoiding the problems commonly encountered with powder and slurry handling.  These properties greatly enhance Kalic's storage and handling advantages compared to conventional lime slurries.

Kalic reacts faster than conventional lime slurries, and reaction rate approaches that of alkali solutions such as Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide).

Caustic Soda

We are producers of Caustic Soda through our involvement in the Petrochemical industry.  This product has a traditional role in pH adjustment of industrial wastewater.
