Analysis and testing - we have considerable experience in monitoring and controlling the use of our products both from a quality assurance and process application perspective.  This expertise can be made available to customers through our Total Service Provider approach.  Typical examples are the measurement of wastewater characteristics associated with Nutriox^® and SciSol dosing, and the provision of detailed trace element analysis for critical applications of Carbon Dioxide.

Maintenance is an integral part of our business because of the large number of storage facilities which we own at customer sites.  Maintenance agreements for customers own equipment and storage facilities are a natural extension of this.  We are happy to tailor our service to meet your requirements.

Telemetry is also a key element in the service we provide.  Measurement of stock, the remote monitoring of control equipment, and the remote adjustment of dosing all require telemetry systems.  We believe there is further potential to optimise our service by further adoption of this technology and would be pleased to discuss possibilities in your business.
